Another Immigration Flop?

On my way to the caucus so I don\’t have time for a detailed post, but if this new proposal on illegal immigration is anything like how it appears at first glance, then this ranks up there with Dubai and Miers as one of the most bone-headed moves by the Bush administration.

I pray that I my first impression is the wrong one.
