I just got one, too. I went from the cheapest free model phone that came with my plan to the Droid. Maybe that is why I am so impressed with all its features.

I’ve never had a Smartphone before but used a Palm Pilot for a couple of years. Technology has come a long way and even as a stay at home Mom, I find it very useful in organizing my life and staying in contact throughout the day in a variety of ways.

I would say **** out of 5.

P.S. Verizon store personallel wre great in personally helping me learn some of the features I had problems with. Go to a store instead of the online support for anything complicated.
