That's a lot of support, eh? (If I may use the Canadian colloquialism, quite apropos here.) Notice how he lies by half-truth, here? Doctors favor "reform." Not even "my plan," which doesn't exist, certainly not any real bill before Congress, just "reform." Hey, I favor everybody in the country getting stinking rich, too, but I'm not expecting Congress to make it happen.
