Batman, former lobbyist for the social Justice League and now in the Obama Stimulus Cabinet, is overseeing construction of the stimulus funded billion dollar under-the-bridge homeless shelter, built there so the homeless don’t have far to go thus saving taxpayers hundreds in homeless transportation. During construction by the Village People (employing out of work entertainers–more stimulus!), the homeless were transported to Watergate Hotel Suites thus stimulating the economy even more with homeless stimulus money being spent in the private sector stimulating. Who said this wouldn’t work!
