And anybody that votes for the dang thing should be shot. Not only would it be justifiable self-defense against grievous financial harm, but a merciful end for a rabid cur. If Congress doesn't reject this thing on its own merits, or because the last load of crap stimulus package was a miserable failure, then its time for some remedial education for them.
