Barack gets an SOS who voted for the Iraq war and can CYA for him when he backtracks with his loony left base and keeps the troops in place. Hillary gets to build her foreign policy credentials-- where she really was weak before, and gets to sabotage BO at ever opportunity, just as State has done to Bush so often.
