I wonder if Cop 1 would have been such a hard ass if Cop 2 were white.

I think whether cop 1 is being a hard ass is kinda besides the point.
Cop 2 clearly lost his cool and behaved with great arrogance.
Even if Cop 1 is being the biggest prick in the world, there is no reason for Cop 2’s behavior.
