It runs better than my old laptop did that was failing badly on many fronts, including the xp running on it, so I haven't had the problems that seem to be legendary with everybody else. The only problem I've had with it is memory managment. When I am running outlook and IE, they are both pigs and run amok. Suddenly I start losing functionality--like no more cut and paste. I have to quit and restart both programs or reboot entirely to beat them back. I got a laptop last fall with Vista on it.
