I&#039;m also impressed with the new solar cell technology that weighs and costs 1/10 of current technologies, making it practical for residential use, with payback of just 2 years (4 years in Minnesota).

My point continues to be that if we can just keep the government OUT of the energy business, the free market will supply us with inexpensive, near-limitless energy instead of vast shortages of highly-taxed and expensive mandated &quot;solutions.&quot;</description>
