SAVE Act

Ok the text for the SAVE Act is available, and has been for awhile now. I have it printed out and preliminary notes jotted down. I’ve been meaning to post a detailed analysis but I just haven’t had time.
I’m mostly posting this to :
1) Let you know I’ll be doing that
B) By letting you know to watch for it, it forces me to actually do it and not just slack off and let it go stale. Kinda like I did with my detailed analysis of the military status quo of China vs Taiwan vs US awhile several years back.*
* I note that because I just found my old notes while cleaning out my office. And no I won’t be posting them because I hadn’t quite collected all the necessary data, and so while I had some preliminary thoughts, I hadn’t quite reached a definite conclusion.
