		<description>You must learn patience.  Remember that the District promised faithfully that, if we passed their 10-year levy they wouldn&#039;t ask for more for 5 years.   Remember that for the last 20 years, every ten-year levy in this District has been overspent in 5 years or less.  Look at their official &quot;projections&quot; of revenue and spending, and you will see them going broke somewhere between 2010 and 2012 (I haven&#039;t seen the latest numbers, it has probably changed), but the levy is supposed to &quot;last&quot; until 2017.</description>
