Wouldn't that solve the problem? People would have the options she wants to provide, and naturally all of the other EEEEVIL restaurateurs would cease to exist, right? And on top of that, she could become incredibly rich and "give back to the community"! It's the perfect solution! I wonder why she didn't think of it? Hmmmm...
