		<description>The best thing that could happen is to get an enforcement first bill up on the floor.  It wouldn&#039;t pass but it would be great to get dems like Hillary, Obama and the like on record as not voting for it.

However, for that very reason it will never hit the floor.  The vast majority of dems and a handful of republicans are too scared to go on record either way.  Even though this approach would be wildly supported by the majority of Americans.</description>
