The State and National Party needs to get back into the business of &quot;defining the brand&quot; and &quot;enforcing party discipline.&quot;  That doesn&#039;t mean forcing the RINOs out or shrinking the tent, but it does mean that Republicans, at the State and National level particularly, have to stand for something, and do it consistently and loudly, regardless of what some of these ivory-tower, we-know-best, been-inDC-toolong Republicans might be pushing.</description>
