Kerry Apparently Continues His 2004 Campaign Of Disaster

October 31st, 2006 by Kevin

I’ve always thought that the best way to defeat Democrats is to just let them talk. Their policies and inner-most opinions have always been fairly unpopular with people. However, since they know that nobody would consciously support such ideas, they cover them in so much double-talk as to appear appealing.

However, if you let them talk long enough, they eventually let those inner thoughts through. And the most entertaining Democrats are the ones that do it most often. Kerry is their king.

You know education, if you make the most of it, you study hard, you do your homework and you make an effort to be smart, you can do well. And if you don’t, you get stuck in Iraq.

Now most people would know enough to apologize for that statement, even if they really believed it. Not Kerry, he violates The First Rule of Holes*, by blaming Republicans for his hatred of the military. Instead, he has decided his best course of action is to cancel all his events for November 1st, 2006, effectively hiding behind the media that will whitewash his comments like the good little servants they are.

Look for this issue to die a quick death. Kerry is hiding, the media has gone into damage control mode. Democrats everywhere are cringing, but not denouncing his statements.

Incidentally one of the events cancelled was a fundraiser for Amy Kloubuchar in the Twin Cities. It’s actually pity it got cancelled as I would have liked to see what Amy has to say about Kerry’s comment. A real journalist would probably ask her anyway, but we all know there are none of those in Minnesota….except for maybe bloggers.
