Until they lost my luggage today. But I've flown them for four years (I'm out of town about 50% of the time) and have had very few problems (this was the first time that my luggage was delayed). Also, have experienced NO delays due to maintenance workers. Sure, it will be shitty if my plane plummets to the earth, but up until now, no complaints whatsoever (except that the meals in first class suck).
