Farrakhan speaks…for the last time? We can only hope.

February 24th, 2003 by Kevin

Oh goodie, the jackass also known as Farrakhan speaks again. He is ill from a bladder infection and therefore he claims he will need to keep the speech short. Yet somehow how he screams, chants and pounds his podium all the way through his three hour speech. So much for keeping it short.

Unfortunately, his speeches are still as illogical and crazed as always. It always hurts to try to follow his asinine pattern of thought. For your enjoyment I’ll highlight some of the better parts of his speech.

“When they come, they will come under the guise of Homeland Security,” Farrakhan said. “They’ll take our property and freeze our assets.”

Considering you’ve been linked to terrorist states and your speeches border on inciting violence I wouldn’t be at all surprised if the Department of Homeland Security paid you a visit.

He not only chastised the United States, but pounced on Israeli leaders, saying they are not following the true teaching of Judaism by what they are doing to the Palestinians.

Considering he didn’t criticize the Palestians at all can I assume that their suicide tactics follow the true teaching of Islam and that he approves of them? Amazing how only one side is allowed to kill the other.

He told the crowd that white ministers selected among the “most brilliant” blacks to become ministers, but told them what to preach.

“The preachers have always been apologetic for the evils of the white people,” the 69-year-old Farrakhan said.

He did praise a few black ministers, including the Rev. Jesse Jackson and Democratic presidential hopeful the Rev. Al Sharpton, of whom he said, “He will never sell you out.”

Ok so I gather that Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton were not selected by this huge Caucasian conspiracy you speak of?? Now this is odd, considering they are the only ministers I’ve ever heard speak out on anything. I imagine most other ministers do what they are supposed to and are too busy…well, preaching…to lecture us about anything.

“Christians used Jesus to sanctify white supremacy,” Farrakhan said. “I want to say to President Bush that you are a radical who has hijacked Christianity.”

Farrakhan also warned the audience that once the war breaks out, the government could come after African Americans. He said white leaders were angry at blacks for introducing them to hip-hop.

“The anger of white people is growing,” he said. “You are taking their children with the hip-hop generation.”

Oh boy, where do I even start with this one. Um, so let me get this straight. President Bush has hijacked Christianity to exact revenge on African Americans for introducing the world to hip-hop. Wow.

Hmm, I don’t suppose any US Presidents hijacked Christianity to punish African-Americans for Jazz too??? Although I suppose that would be fairly difficult considering the President isn’t the head of Christianity.

But yes, I can honestly say I feel deep and personal hatred for those dangerous animals that brought on the hip-hop culture. Ok I almost typed that with a straight face. I’m not even sure where to begin ridiculing this. And the scary part is he sounds and speaks like he actually believes what he’s saying! Sheer lunacy at it’s best (or worst). And just imagine, this guy leads an entire group of people in our country.
